THE CREMATORIUM
Today's building replaced the 'Old Crematorium' in 1980 with a new facility consisting of three chapels serviced by computerised cremators. Since that time the facility has been refurbished frequently and technology is constantly upgraded to ensure families using the Park receive the best same-day individualised cremation services.
To help families better understand the processes and issues surrounding cremation, the Australian Cemeteries and Crematoria Association has produced a short booklet. Titled 'Questions people ask about Cremation' this booklet helps families to make decisions about cremation that are right for them. To obtain a copy, please call us on [03] 9355 3100.
